32 year old female seen 1 year and a
half after breast augmentation elsewhere. Patient
complained of her implants being too high and her breast
appearing unnatural out of clothing. Replace 175cc
implants with 325 cc breast implants Photos to the right are
one week postop.

This 42 year old woman has undergone
breast augmentation elsewhere via the belly button
(TUBA). She is shown at right 3 years after Dr. Rapaport revised her breasts with adjustment of her
folds and implant positions Note the improved symmetry
protection and preservation of her cleavage which prior
to surgery was on the verge of synmastia.

28-year-old woman presented with
synmastia, a condition in which breast implants are too
close together in the middle of the chest, creating a
very unnatural and disturbing appearance. She is shown
at right three months after correction via an areola
approach.

25-year-old woman shown before and after
breast implant revision. Specifically, she wished for an
enlargement of a prior augmentation (which was acquired
elsewhere). Note the better placement of the new
implants, as can be best observed by referencing the
nipple positions.

26-year-old woman underwent initial
breast augmentation in another state with saline
implants that were placed too high. Dr. Rapaport removed
the original implants and replaced them with new saline
breast implants in a new position for a more natural and
aesthetically pleasing form.
This 39 year old mother of one, is shown before and 3 months after breast augmentation with 350CC silicone implants, placed via the underarms using the endoscopic technique. This case was particularly challenging because of the shape of the breasts. The patient desired an improved look of her breasts but without the scars involved with a breast lift. Note the improved nipple position which was achieved without any breast scars.
This 39 year old suffered from severe capsular contracture from saline implants placed via the belly button (a blind procedure which Dr Rapaport does not recommend). Her scar tissue was removed and her implants were replaced with cc silicone implants.
