This 26 year
old is shown before and after breast augmentation
using 300cc implants on the left breast and 360cc
implants on the right, placed under the muscle via the
areolar approach. Note that prior to surgery, the
patient's right breast was visibly smaller than the
left and both breasts had significant sagging (ptosis)
and high folds. Surgery resulted in excellent
correction of these problems. The subtle fold groove
in the lower half of each breast is caused by the
patient's old infra-mammary fold and this will improve
and most likely even disappear overtime.
